Uncompleted Bookings

When you open the Boarding Calendar you may be prompted that you have a certain number of past uncompleted bookings, and asked if you want to review them. If you reply Yes or click the Uncompleted Bookings button in the Calendar ribbon, a form will display showing all bookings dated in the past, with a status of “Future Booking” or “Checked In”. This form allows you to quickly set the status of individual bookings or a group of them.


The status of individual bookings can be changed by choosing a different value in the booking’s “Status” column. To set the status for a group of bookings, first tick the bookings that the new status will apply to (you can click the Select All and Unselect All to help you select or unselect all the bookings). Then select a new status in the “Set all ticked bookings to” field, and enter a reason if the status will be set to “Cancelled” or “Customer did not show up”. Clicking the Apply button will then set the new status to all ticked bookings.

When you have finished changing the statuses, click the Save Changes button to confirm all the changes you have made and then the form can be closed.
