Rebooking

Follow these steps to rebook, which creates a new booking using the same customer, pet, details and services of the selected booking.


From the Daycare Calendar form:


  1. Open the Daycare Calendar form if it is not already open.
  2. Click on the required day in the month view window to view bookings on that day.
  3. Click on the booking in the calendar grid then click the Rebook button on the Calendar ribbon OR right-click and choose Rebook from the menu.
  4. The booking will be duplicated and the Daycare Booking form will appear for the new booking – select the new date and make any other changes required then click OK to save, or Cancel to delete the new booking.


From the Customers and Pets form:


  1. Open the Customers and Pets form if it is not already open.
  2. Select the customer in the customer grid, then the pet that the booking is for within the pet grid, then the booking within the bookings grid. If you cannot see the required customer listed in the customer grid, then do a search for the customer.
  3. Click Rebook to duplicate the booking and open the Daycare Booking form for the new booking – select the new date and make any changes required then click OK to save, or Cancel to delete the booking.
