Printing Reports and Charts

There are over 70 reports and charts available in PetLinx. The Reporting Center allows you to print, preview, or export to PDF any of the reports and charts using a wide set of criteria. Some of the forms in PetLinx also allow you to print or preview the reports that relate to them, for example the Calendar forms provide bookings list reports and service schedules relevant to the date you have selected.

There are five categories of reports and charts you can print:

General: Contains all generic reports in PetLinx, including customer and pet listings.

Financial: Contains a range of reports related to the financials in PetLinx such as revenue and tax reports.

Grooming: Contains a range of reports specific to the grooming module, such as grooming appointment related reports.

Boarding: Contains a range of reports specific to the boarding module, such as boarding booking related reports.

Daycare: Contains a range of reports specific to the daycare module, such as daycare booking related reports.

When viewing the list of reports, the “Type” column signifies whether it is a report or chart, and “Version” shows whether the report will be the standard report supplied with PetLinx, or a customer modified report. The version of the report is controlled in the Reports Setup tab.
