Deleting a prepaid credit

Follow these steps to delete a prepaid credit – please note that you are only able to delete prepaid credits have not been included in any customer invoices:

1. Open the Prepaid Credits form if it is not already open.
2. In the list on the left hand side of the form, click on the prepaid credit you wish to delete.
3. Click the Delete button in the PetLinx ribbon.
