Editing a customer
In the Customer flyout:
- Locate the customer in the Customer/Pet List or search for the customer. Once found, double click or hit the ENTER key to open the customer flyout.
- Click Edit in the top right corner of the flyout to open the Customer form.
- Make any changes you require to the customer record.
- Click OK to save the customer record and close the form. To close the customer flyout, click the small X in the bottom right corner.
For the customer of an existing booking in a Calendar:
- Right click the booking and choose the View/Edit -> Customer menu option, OR single click the booking and click the View/Edit -> Customer ribbon option, OR double click the booking to open it and click the View/Edit button next to the Customer drop-down. The Customer form will be opened.
- Make any changes you require to the customer record.
- Click OK to save the customer record and close the form.
Note: If you change the Status field to “Inactive”, the customer will not show up anymore in most customer lists and reports.
