Editing a customer

In the Customer flyout:

  1. Locate the customer in the Customer/Pet List or search for the customer. Once found, double click or hit the ENTER key to open the customer flyout.
  2. Click Edit in the top right corner of the flyout to open the Customer form.
  3. Make any changes you require to the customer record.
  4. Click OK to save the customer record and close the form. To close the customer flyout, click the small X in the bottom right corner.

For the customer of an existing booking in a Calendar:

  1. Right click the booking and choose the View/Edit -> Customer menu option, OR single click the booking and click the View/Edit -> Customer ribbon option, OR double click the booking to open it and click the View/Edit button next to the Customer drop-down. The Customer form will be opened.
  2. Make any changes you require to the customer record.
  3. Click OK to save the customer record and close the form.

Note: If you change the Status field to “Inactive”, the customer will not show up anymore in most customer lists and reports.
