Adding a new customer



In the Menu:

  1. Click the New Customer button at the top of the menu.
  2. Enter the customer’s contact details and any other information as required; the minimum information you need to enter is the customer’s last name.
  3. You can add your own customer attributes; this is your own specific data that you want to record for each customer, for example you may want to flag if the customer is difficult to deal with, or whether the customer prefers to pay by credit card. To accomplish this, click the Edit button in the Customer “Attributes” section to add new attributes in the Data Lists form. You can then tick each attribute as appropriate for each customer, and if an attribute has a warning associated with it the customer will be highlighted in the calendar forms.
  4. If you have files relating to the customer such as signed agreements, these can be added under the Documents section using the Add button.
  5. Click OK to save the customer record and close the form. The New Pet form will then be opened so you can add one or more pets.


When creating a new booking:


  1. In the booking form, click the New button next to the Customer drop-down to open the Customer form.
  2. Enter all required customer information.
  3. Click OK to save the customer record and close the form. The New Pet form will then be opened so you can add one or more pets.
